The owner of the Google Ads account is always either your client or your agency (whatever you agreed on). I get limited access necessary to manage it, without ever owning it.

If the client needs a new Google Ads account, I’ll create it and provide you the login info, so you or your client stay the owners of the account.

Definitely! There’s no proper campaign optimization without conversion data. I’ll use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to set up different conversion tracking depending on the business:

• Contact form submissions
• Phone calls
• E-commerce sales (for WooCommerce and Shopify); other more complex solutions will require a web analytics expert
• CallRail phone call tracking (or other call tracking solutions)

There are many proclaimed Google Ads experts out there who know very little about managing successful Google Ads campaigns, so I know it can be tricky to choose who you’re going to work with.

How can you be sure that I’m doing a good job? For one, I have case studies and testimonials to prove that my clients are satisfied with my work and that I deliver good results. In addition, my only focus is on the metrics that matter to the client – conversion rate, cost-per-conversion, and most importantly, the feedback you get from the client about the quality of leads they are receiving.

I don’t base the success of my Google Ads management on the number of clicks, the click-through-rate, the percentage of ad impressions on top position, or other metrics that don’t put the money in your client’s pockets. It’s all about delivering high quality leads and sales to your clients – that’s the only way both you and I can have mutual benefit from our partnership.
