Through my experience, I have developed a comprehensive process which allows me to fully maximize both the time and investment of any client I work with, so that we can make the most of what they’re putting into their Google Ads.
To get started, any potential client interested in working with me can reach out to me directly via my Contact Page for an initial consultation. I typically reply within a few hours and we can book a time to get acquainted.
When starting a relationship with any potential client, I like to start with a conversation, whether that’s over Skype or by phone. During this initial call, we discuss the client’s business and their potential needs. I also like to get an idea of the industry they work within and the industries they may work with to get a comprehensive picture of their business. The client can outline their needs and desires, and I outline how I can best help and the workload required. This initial conversation also allows us both to determine if we’re a good fit – I’ve found that it’s always easier working with people you click with!
If a potential client already has an existing Google Ads account, they can choose to give me access to it. This initial access has the initial benefit of giving us both valuable additional knowledge as we start the project. I do a full review of the account and provide a free audit with the opportunities I’ve identified and my recommendations of how we can work together to best achieve them to optimize the client’s account performance.
After the Initial Consultant, if the client and I both wish to proceed, we move on to the Analysis step of the process.
